Our Founders

The institute was established by a multidisciplinary team whose expertise spans the sciences, humanities, and applied industries. One of the founders holds a Doctorate in Particle Physics from University College London, with research contributions to the CERN ATLAS Experiment, offering strong foundations in advanced scientific research and computational methodologies. Complementing this, doctoral and research scholars in Theology, Philosophy, and History from the University of Malaya contribute critical perspectives on ethics, intellectual traditions, and cultural development. The founding team also includes an expert in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and food security, whose professional experience encompasses service within the Ministry of Agriculture, advisory engagements with the Royal Highness of Johor (Currently Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia) , as well as consultancy for corporate clients in agricultural innovation and sustainability.

Raif Norisam, PhD

Co-Founder, Wisdom Key Research

Dr. Raif Norisam is a physicist and researcher with expertise spanning particle physics, data science, corporate finance, and international trade. He earned his MPhys in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Leicester and a PhD in Particle Physics from University College London (UCL). His doctoral research, funded by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Scholarship, was conducted as part of the CERN ATLAS experiment, where he focused on searching for physics beyond the Standard Model through Higgs boson pair production. His collaborative work on this project was recognized with the 2025 Breakthrough Prize in Fundamental Physics, one of the world’s most prestigious awards in the field.

Dr. Raif has gained valuable industry experience as a Data Science Researcher at WorldRemit and has served as Director of Secretariat at Jagad Buana UK Limited and Jagad Buana Berhad, both in the finance sector. He is also has contributed to the UK-based EdTech startup SNG Labs as a Data Scientist and Mentor.

As Co-Founder of Wisdom Key Research, Dr. Raif integrates his scientific insight with corporate acumen to drive forward innovation and interdisciplinary research.

Mr Mohamad Aidil Mansor

Co-Founder & Researcher, Wisdom Key Research

Mohamad Aidil Mansor is a historian and researcher specializing in Southeast Asian civilization, with a focus on economy, law, and governance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Usuluddin (Islamic History and Civilization) with First-Class Honours from the University of Malaya, where he was also recognized with the Dean’s Best Student Award.

Fluent in English, Malay, Arabic, Korean, and Mandarin, Aidil has actively engaged in international academic collaborations. He participated in a student exchange program at Gachon University in South Korea and represented Malaysia at the SeiBa International Festival, where he earned a Silver Medal in the Short Film Competition. His research experience includes appointments as a Visiting Researcher at both Prince of Songkla University and Princess of Naradhiwas University in Thailand.

Aidil’s professional background also includes service as an Officer at the Malaysian External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), where he managed trade portfolios for over 20 companies, overseeing business engagements worth tens of millions of ringgit. During his tenure, he played a key role in organizing the Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS), the world’s largest halal trade exhibition.

He currently serves as the Director of Export and Marketing at Jagad Buana Berhad, a finance and trade company. Affiliated with the University of Malaya, Aidil brings his expertise in historical research, governance, and intercultural studies to Wisdom Key Research, where he contributes to advancing understanding of Southeast Asian civilization through interdisciplinary inquiry.
