Our Founders

The institute was established by a multidisciplinary team whose expertise spans the sciences, humanities, and applied industries. One of the founders holds a Doctorate in Particle Physics from University College London, with research contributions to the CERN ATLAS Experiment funded by Yang di-Pertuan Agong Scholarship , offering strong foundations in advanced scientific research and computational methodologies. Complementing this, doctoral and research scholars in Theology, Philosophy, and History from the University of Malaya contribute critical perspectives on ethics, intellectual traditions, and cultural development. The founding team also includes an expert in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and food security, whose professional experience encompasses service within the Ministry of Agriculture, advisory engagements with the Royal Highness of Johor (Currently Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia) , as well as consultancy for corporate clients in agricultural innovation and sustainability.

Raif Norisam, PhD

Co-Founder, Wisdom Key Research

Dr. Raif Norisam is a physicist and researcher with expertise in particle physics, data science, corporate finance and international trade. He holds an MPhys in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Leicester and a PhD in Particle Physics from UCL, where he worked on the CERN ATLAS experiment funded by Yang di-Pertuan Agong Scholarship, focusing on searching beyond Standard Model physics via Higgs boson pair production.

He has industry experience as a data science researcher at World Remit and served as Director of Secreteriat at Jagad Buana UK Limited and Jagad Buana Berhad, a finance company. He also co-founded Lucra Science Hub, a Malaysia-based scientific research startup, and worked at UK Based Ed-Tech startup SNG Labs as a data scientist and mentor.

As Co-Founder of Wisdom Key Research, Dr. Raif combines his scientific and corporate expertise to drive innovation in research.

Mr Mohamad Aidil Mansor

Co-Founder & Researcher, Wisdom Key Research

Mohamad Aidil Mansor is a historian and researcher specializing in Southeast Asian civilization, focusing on economy, law, and governance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Usuluddin (Islamic History and Civilization) with First-Class Honours from the University of Malaya, where he was also awarded the Best Student Award by the Dean.

Fluent in English, Malay, Arabic, Korean, and Mandarin, Aidil has engaged in international academic collaborations, including a student exchange program at Gachon University, Korea, and participation in the SeiBa International Festival, where he won a Silver Medal in the Short Film Competition. He has also served as a visiting researcher at Prince of Songkhla University and Princess of Naradhiwas University in Thailand.

Currently affiliated with the University of Malaya, Aidil brings his expertise in historical research, governance, and intercultural studies to Wisdom Key Research, contributing to a deeper understanding of Southeast Asian civilization.
